After the USA, The Dutch are the 2nd largest agricultural exporters in the world. TF1 reporter Julien Beaumont wants to find out how this tiny country is feeding the world and what can be learned from the approach to find ways to keep on feeding an ever growing world population. An agricultural economist explains why the Dutch are such a large food exporter and a seeds specialist shows how seeds are improved so crops can grow in very dry or salty environments. A tomato grower shows his enormous new green house in the west of the Netherlands and explains how his family managed to seriously increase crops over generations.
