Cannabis cultivation experiment |

The Dutch government is planning an experiment with regulated cannabis cultivation, to see if this legal cultivation will decrease organized crime and increase the safety of cannabis use. In the experiment, the government will give ten organisations a government license to grow cannabis, that will be distributed to coffeeshops in ten municipalities. Dutch documentary maker Frans Bromet is producing a documentary about the experiment.
