Serres Séparées is a test of new safe hospitality design at the Amsterdam art centre Mediamatic. They serve their visitors arty plant-based dinners to every couple or group in their own little greenhouse at the water side. The Japanese public broadcaster NHK wants a full report of this experiment including interviews with guests, the owner and the cooks.
